Terms and Conditions
We aim to have all orders ready for posting or collection. Earrings and accessories are usually posted within 2 business days and personalised items within 5 business days.
Personalised items - sometimes this can be quicker but please contact us before ordering if you need an item sooner and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please note: Earrings and personalised products cannot be returned. If you wish to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact us form on the website.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
You will need to use recorded post to send the item back and we must receive the item unused and in its original packaging/postage box within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will notify you once we have received your return and have processed your refund. Please allow 14 days from this point to see your refund in your account. The refund will automatically be returned via the way that was used to pay.
We take great care and pride when making and packaging your products but if you do receive a damaged or faulty product then please contact us within 7 days so we can arrange for an exchange or refund.
Faulty products must be returned via recorded post and we will refund return postage costs once we have received them.
